how is it possbile that I only found out about Byron Katie, when she is out there in the limelight for 30 years? 😳 I am very amazed about this, and it could have something to do with timelines.

I didn’t encountered her without an introduction though, and that introduction was a request made by me to discover a better, efficient way to understand what Eckart Tolle is saying. Actually a friendly way for me to put it into practice. And then suddenly, out of nowhere (apparently), Byron Katie appeared as a suggested video.

Her main theme is also to go beyond thoughts, but she has a very concrete way of approaching this and you can literally go beyond any issue with a few questions that make you go beyond your usual way of thinking, the thoughts that kept you in certain patterns remain suddenly exposed, naked in front of you.
